yes 636 motor and im running around 25-30psi for pressure. both bikes are 2003-2004 636. mine doesn't have a powercommander but the bike im compairing it to does.. and I have no clue what my rear shock is at... never even thought of that, but I think mine is pretty stiff..

shock could play a role but dont think itd make that much of a difference. power commander and such could tho. and especially exhaust your running, if its a shorty thats just open without much back pressure it'll kill the idle ability and being open it will push the exhaust threw very easy which i guess could make it very jerky.
Can try mine this weekend if it's not twichier than yours you deff got problems lol. mine has a ton of backpressure now and a fairly flat spot in R's from 5-8gs which is actually very nice to have with my bike being as jerky as it is.

i put money its more jerky/twitchy then yours. when i rode bissis its soooo smooth prob how it should be and mine is like a wild horse trying to buck me off lol.
