still waiting on my 280mm 6 piston your making! how much longer you thinking?

Teaser! - 762SPR - 05-09-2013

Yeah sorry it has taken so long... If you want when I make the 260mm 6 piston adapter I'll sell you one of those with spacers and then when I make the 280mm parts, you can just trade them in. That will be the fastest way to get it done.

^^ This man right here could be the next big thing in HB brackets. Youre products are awesome, seem to have pretty quick reply/service. If you just stepped up your quantity and bracket availability for other bikes you could make good money and steal alot of NDC's or hoheys business(not knocking either, just sayin).

Yeah, I really wish I had faster turn around time. I know making people wait damages my rep, too. Once I get the process down producing them should go faster, especially in batches. It's waiting for machine use and doing all the first time, programming, and designing the setups that's killing me right now.

Yes Sir!, your adapter along with 3 radial calipers is my favorite setup I've used so far.

I would surely like to figure out a partial trade price discount for some of those R6 mono blocks. Let me know if your looking for a left/right, 2 lefts, 2 rights ect. when ever you get around to it and we'll go from there.

Alright, I'll let you know once I decide if I'm going to put them on the front or not.

Here are two R6 adapters being born!

You know I'm waiting for one of these bad boys!! I like to buy parts from up and coming companies bc its nice to help smaller businesses and they appreciate the customer more. that and I want parts that most people haven't seen and don't have

Here we go! One 99% done R6 core! All it needs is a tumble through the deburring machine, and the holes to be tapped and countersunk. Tho other one had a slight design flaw that interfered with the swingarm. Stupid mistake on my part, but I think I can salvage it. Getting ready to start testing these things, then sell a couple for more testing, then if they check out, I'll start slinging them out as fast as I can!

Sooo... Good news and bad news. The good news is I did the first field test today. It bolted right up (even easier than my old bracket!) and everything fit perfectly.

Now the bad news. Between the big rotor, the handbrake caliper being on the bottom, and using it in a wheelie with the full weight of the bike and me on one tire, the force was too much and it started to pull the screws out of one part. Looks like I'm going to have to make some design changes, but I already have some ideas and most of them will salvage the caliper adapters. I'll probably have to remake the cores for each bike though... So it will be a little while longer unfortunately, sorry guys. But I'd rather do testing and break stuff than send them out and have customers break them for sure.

On another note, I freaking love the radial footbrake! I was worried because everyone said they were way too touchy, but it's great. Lots more feel and lots more power so I don't have to mash it (sucks with a dislocated big toe)
