def not one for the light wallet. But, i think its not "that" pop. is bc of the danger involved. Most ppl do not want to promote a sport this dangerous to young kids and tv..as they should. Yes skateboarding and all that is dangerous but i think, imo..stuntridin is number 1. But given that only a select few can go HAM on these bikes..makes it more appealing to ppl and honestly everybody i talked to that rides a bike or even knos what a bike is..WISHES they can do what guys like R1 and bunch can do....including myself. Whic is why i wont stop trying til my body/wallet says no.

Because the ones that do stunt would rather go to a small area far away from everyone. squids don't know how to set up a stunt bike takes effort/knowledge. And the sport takes years of dedication only to have someone think they could put a sprocket on and circle that week.

You are all making a good point when you mention the financial cost of stunt riding. But in high school and even before then, I knew a good handful of guys my age that rode motocross.
The cost and skill level needed to ride motocross may be a little different, but it's not too far off. And injuries happen often in that sport too.

I'll tell you why it's not more popular cause circles are boring as fuck to watch...once there is more tech tricks that people can actually watch and go wow that took some balls to do like they did with the backflip in fmx...fmx was not that big until Carey hart did a backflip and the crowd went nuts and so did sponsors and venues
