hey johnny... u ever thinking about making anymore of those round bars like u have on your 09??

Yes I can make them anytime, its just the cost. Most people do not want to spend what it costs me to make them...The round bar is expensive because is Titanium and also expensive to have bent in that shape because its Ti

Yes you can its just a little more expensive for the boring process because the 07+ cylinders are part of the upper case half. So boring has to be done on an angle, and more expensive then motors with removable cylinders like the 03-06's

A 1mm overbore on a 09-12 would give you 617cc and a 2mm over bore would give you 635cc....JE has both kits for $745 retail...Boring and Nikasil plating would run about $500 for a non removable cylinder engine case...

I bored my 03 R6 out to 637cc back in the day

The cool thing about the 2013 is its not a bored out 600, they made the stroke longer to make the extra 36cc's instead of going with a larger bore...

so whats longer strokes give you on a engine? So basically after boring it out your just better off doing newer bike? I was thinking of possibly boring out my 03 636

It's kinda like the tall Arizona tee cans hold more tee cause they are taller...LOL
I wouldn't mess with doing your 03 636 d...don't think the cost out weighes the benifit, and if your motor is fine now leave it alone...
