JP  youll be all good buddy, you were still on the clock. the insurance of that vehicle was covered by your employer any and all times under your supervision. i got in an accident in Bmore in january...they tried suing me personally, the company insurance stepped in and he took a settlement for 24K (paid for by my company)...needless to say, i was forsure they were going to piss test me...i was shitting my pants man. luckily i was never asked. havent smoked since |

if you can prove that you took time off for any of this..."IF" the company wins they should request that be compensated for. first things first i would worry about getting in touch with you old boss and covering your own ass
