Why did you put that weird lip in the front of it? That's your problem right there! When I did mine, I just rolled the rest of the tank back from that top edge. I only have a small gap.

That said, I have heard of guys heating them up and warping them a little to close the gap.

How does it feel when you're sitting ON the tank? That flat spot at the back makes my tailbone hurt just looking at it... but then again I have a bony ass...
