\r\n \r\n i had the same problem when i started getting idles...asked redstar for advice and took his and tried a few other things...clutch straight up to bp...instead of looking at your wheel or hands or bars....look forward and stay smooth on the throttle...kept the wobble out of mine almost imediatly. just always look forward and where you want to go.\r\n

\r\n \r\n your probably clutching it up at an angle and don\'t even know it. If you are looking off to a side ur going to go that direction lower your PSI to get basics bump it up when u start circs.\r\n

What helped me was clutching up right to balance point.
\nWhen I tried foot in seat for the first time, bike went wobbly and it scared me. So next try I just clutched it right to balance point and that wobble was gone. So whenever I try to learn new things now, I try to go right to balance point, otherwise I get a wobble and it just scares me.

^^^ This....when i was first learnin idle, i always popped it just under bp and then blipped it to bp and it was wobbly everytime. Then i started poppin it just passed bp and tap the brake and it settled perfectly. Also, i went from staggered to FIS and the bike was wobbly there as well cuz i wasn\'t used to the weight distribution and how to keep center on the bike. Cleaned that up and i was good

^^^ And this...When i first started FIS, all my wieght was to the right side of my bike and when i popped it up, i was pressing down on the peg with my right leg instead of just riding the bike back on the tail. Once i combined poppin it just passed BP and keeping centered on the bike and keeping the wieght on the leg in the seat, everything was good and straight. As far as air pressure goes, everyone says to lower it so the tire is wider and you have more of a base to balance on to go straight, but i always keep mine around 25psi even learnin cuz i like to drift as well. I believe that if you have the right technique, then the tire pressure shouldn\'t matter, and it\'s worked for me, so far\r\n

I\'ll put all this to work as soon as this damn wind quits there\'s like 50 mph gusts I think I\'m doin fis wrong but it feels more comfy with my right foot in the hole and my left on subcage. Only thing I\'m workin fb on is my sit downs. I know my issue isn\'t getting to bp its not going over it I tend to scrape on ss and fis\r\n

Yea i\'ve seen ur vids and the bp thing deff isn\'t ur problem. Since i haven\'t seen ur FIS yet, its hard to say what needs to be perfected on it, but puttin ur right foot in seat and left on subcage is wierd, to me anyway. Try doin it with left foot in seat and right on fb. It\'ll help with the fundamental of the fb becoming second nature as well as not puttin alot of pressure on that footpeg and leavin all the weight on the tail. Kinda hard to explain, but you\'ll see what i mean. And with ur left foot bein on the subcage, both ur feet are so close together that it\'s hard to distribute the wieght to the tail with ur right foot and ur prob centering ur weight between both feet which is centered above the back left of the tail, causing ur bike to wobble. Of course, this isn\'t gonna happen on ur first try, at the end of one full day, it should be comin to you pretty good. I hope this made sense cuz i just read it, and i don\'t even know what i said ....just give the FB a shot and try FIS the normal way to get the fundamentals and go from there, i think you might be surprised. Good luck buddy\r\n

\r\n \r\n I have your exact problem man. I can idle a 3 wheeler just fine, even stall and coast. but i can\'t convert that over on my f4i. The side the side balance gets me everytime.
\n
\ntry switching stances, thats what helps me the most. i go back from staggered to double back peg.
\n
\nif i stick with 1 or the other for too long, i just get even more wobbly.
\n
\nmy side to side balance sucks right before the clutch up too.\r\n
