I think he was just walking on the street? The guy was a total dick to the cop, he could have just told him his name, this cop was actually really cool about the whole thing. It's like the guy was just trying to pull an outrageous reaction from the cop, I'd be a hell of a lot more pissed off with the guy if I was the cop. If only all cops were like that dude.
