Either way... I think you will like it compared to the gixxer. TonyPrez had the zx6rr frame (not sure of motor) at the last stuntwars. He threw on a nasty stabilizer to that frame mount for the long stoppie contest. Get it set up, keep ur eyes open for a 636 motor and enjoy!

I might think about that but the extra 37ccm doest seem like worth trying. I had some shitty stabilizer on it when i got it. Now i have a full lenght adjustable extra strong hlins. When i put it to the strongest setting, people make orgasm faces when turning the clip-ons

I was thinking of selling the rearset for 75 and getting http://www.forstunt.home.pl/en/kawas...ki-zx-636.html for 65.

And either way it's a kawi and pulls like a kawi and doesnt die like gixxer We're still in progress of making sure its a RR engine, cause you never know. It doesnt have title, documents or any vin number. They havent been removed either, it's a track bike since day one with a only track purpose frame. Google cant help me identify the engine with engine number either. Can someone check their 636 engine number and give me the first numbers/letters? Mine is zx600ae04102. Maybe 636 is zx636....?
And thanks Joe!

Hey again Mart. Well my buddy also went to buy a 636 a while back and when we got there the bike had the adjustable swingarm and steering stabalizer mount on the frame. Googled a bit and found that that means the frame etc ws ZX6RR.
So I checked the engine numbers and called our local Kawi HQ. They confirmed that it was a ZX6RR and indeed 600cc. Engine numbers also started like yours with ZX600ae04201 but of course just different.
So you got yourselve a ZX6RR 4 sure!
Also the front forks are better quality than the 636 as they have some hard coating or something that makes it stronger and has less friction.
ENjoy it and the extras are a bonus! Keep everything! You might want to build a FF at later stage and then youll have all you need! Keep the rearsets! Its better to be comfy on a bike if you have the option! Id say you got a great deal on it and you will enjoy the bike alot! Good find and all the best riding to you! Hope we can see a avatar change soon

I have a zx6rr with a 60t and i love it. Pulls like a tractor! Sync the throttle bodies while you have it partially apart, smoothed mine out big time
http://youtube.com/index?desktop_uri...?v=U0EXlyX0_nw
Proof that the zx6rr is plenty capable lol

my zx6rr pulled like a beast with a 60tooth, and yes it was a racemodel and fast as fuck.

Not all of them ZX6RR's have DLC coated forks, and his doesnt for sure because DLC coated forks are black not chrome on the fork legs...I have a set and they are black, they are rare and hard to find I think it was the 03's that came with the DLC coated forks
Also if its a ZX6R 636 engine the engine number will start ZX636 if its a ZX6RR 600 it will start ZX600

That bike looks nice. Am gonna go with race rear fairing also. How is your footplate mounted and holds up? I was thinking of making like a box looking thing and reinforce it to subframe. But is that a bit too much?
