switch the two relays in the back. There identical, located on the back of the subframe on the right hand side

i didnt get a chance yesterday to swing by a friends, am i able to use this volt meter to test if the ignition is ok?

Sounds like ur pump might of went out if u know someone with another f4i swap them and see if that ur issue

my buddi hooked me up with another pump, still no prime. how do i jump it and see if it primes.

Check out this wiring diagram, might help you out. You may be able to jump the pump, but that is a crappy fix to the problem. A guy that used to ride here did that, and he had to flip a switch and his pump would continually prime till he switched it off. Much better to find the actual cause if you can.

If you can, u should print out the wiring diagram there. I made it, and it has helped me out quite a few times.

Im guessing youve probably already checked the fuses. Do any of the fuses pop when you try and turn the key? If so then the harness is grounding out somewhere. Id just pull the whole harness out, untape it all, look through it, retape it, add some heat shroud, test it and put it back in. It ill take you a few hours but atleast u'll know you wont have any issues anymore.
