WATERPROOF as well as less maitenence. No fun if you have to work on it allllllllllllllllllll the damn time.
more nitro rc help needed - YSRRider - 06-29-2011 electric is for homos. The only benefit is not having to buy fuel. Batteries and chargers are expensive, Li-Po batteries are the "IN" thing..... but they can catch fire if shorted out or charged improperly. If the battery is in your toy it can go up in flames. With a gas car you put fuel in and go, no down time. You can even fuel on the go. If you you are trying to break speed records... ok, electric... but if you just want to have some fun, gas is the way to go. Its been for about 10 years now. more nitro rc help needed - maverickxp - 06-29-2011 With the new motor it gas needs little maintenance and I'm glad it shut off in the water otherwise it would be half way across a lake by now lol more nitro rc help needed - CHILI - 06-29-2011 NEGATIVE. After any time sitting at all, or any change in weather, nitro will need to be tuned. You know thats true. And electric is for homos?? hahahaha my truck being FASTER and MORE RELIABLE makes it more gay than your nitro??? Ooooooook.... ![]() Im just sayin... If i want something to be fun, having to fuck with it any time i wanna drive it takes away from allllll the fun of it. And i have less money in my electric than i had in my nitro Not hatin YSR. I know you know your shit when it comes to nitro rc. And with the helicopters too. Just saying what i have seen of alll the nitros my buddies and i have had. Plus my electric is easy to stealth around my apts at night ![]()
more nitro rc help needed - maverickxp - 06-29-2011 Yeah my nitro is loud as hell so no night running less I wanna piss of the neighbors. But the tuning is minimal only minor adjustments at least on my motor. I want an electric but too much $$ for a toy |
