Believe it or not I was trying to tap my tail and ride ride out, All i have is a piece of flat round bar that sticks out 3in behind my seat so the bike goes way back it scrapes the brake light. this was the first night I tried, I will try to tap it in the future and not slam it down but it will take some time and practice

Yeah, that's the way I started too. OneWheelNeal told me to go this route. Was supposed to help with the oh shit feeling of looping and teach yu where the bar is and to trust in it. Still not sure it was the best way to start but it worked for me. I got pretty good at coming back to the bar without slamming it. Dit prolly 100's of them without ever having a sub issue. Haven't done one since I tore my acl in half when one didn't come up high enough, got on the gas a 2nd time to get it up (bad idea) and tried to hold the bike back when it took off. Bent my knee the wrong way

super hyper extension! Practically bent my leg in half the opposite way. Super painful for the 1st 15 minutes then rode another 4 hours thinking it was just a sprain
