The motorcycle was not his, if he was still making the payments the bank cant file it stolen only put it up for repossession. Ppl still dont understand when you enter a legal contract with a bank, you do not own it untill the balance is paid to $0 and they issue you the title. Im not going to post the legal time lines and assist would be crooks out here but if the bank reported it stolen he was aware they were looking for it as they would find him and family looking for it. The federal time line and process establishes your intent to defraud the bank ofis its investment. Why is this any different than walking up and riding away on someones bike? Your still a criminal at the end of the day.\r\n
