Help!!! Need memory card info. - WiseGuy - 06-01-2011 class has something to do with quality i think i have a 16gb class 6 or 8 for my Drift HD170 and it plays back and transfers nice, but i mostly will be recording in 720p, u dont get too much more out of the 1080p and some sites and programs wont support 1080 so u only get 720 anyways...

From what I read a class 4 or higher is needed for the high definition. and i also read that the go pro battery will die before you fill up the 16 gig memory card. Mine has been great with it. The footage I take on my 60D won't even play on my laptop because it can't process it fast enough lol. I got 12gb of Ram on my desktop though and it works great! Help!!!
