no, traxxas is not really entry level. Traxxas is for bashing with extreme brushless power. A traxxas will take 100x the abuse a losi or associated will. But traxxas are NOT race cars. They have plastic chasis, which is the best you can have for durability, while a losi or associated race model will either be woven carbonfiber, or carboncomposite, which WILL BREAK IF U DO STUPID SHIT.

\r\ntrust me i have some traxxas cars, and they can do alot the losi\'s cant. My losi\'s on a track will decimate the traxxas, 2 different categories.
\r\nYou cant look at a rustler vxl and say they are junk, that truck is amazing.

\r\nOfna\'s are excellent cars for the money, they are fully upgradeable, and there are super expensive ofna models made for racing.

\r\nI have a losi 8 nitro converted to brushless electric, MMM esc, 1900kv losi motor, 5cell lipo. Now that is power.
\r\nAlso got a losi XXX all wheel drive 10th scale carbon race buggy, brushless on 3 cells, this car is also nuts.

\r\nBut if i wanna go do some dumb shit, or just rip with some sandpaddles throwin 15foot roosts, i grab the traxxas.
