Once I heard that I knew I was done.

I'm pretty sure the reason most of us started riding was not for the drama. Or to become a reality tv show.
I know I'm in it for the riding.

kyle you've only been riding for a few years and so far all you've ever been about is drama...and i'm just say'n lol....but i will agree with you on the xdl it's drama...but drama sells cause xdl can't attract numbers of people with just the riding alone. COMP'S ARE BORING TO WATCH THE AVERAGE MOTORCYCLE RIDER WILL TELL YOU "SEEN ONE WHEELIE YOU'VE SEEN THEM ALL"...so how better to get people to watch xdl,add some drama and a tv show....come on it's just a marketing tool...cause with out it xdl can't make it....look at how many people are in the stands at every event...they need this to survive...

p.s. it's weird how some of the sickest riders only ever get 4 or 5-6 place..but you can drop your bike hella times, have an average run and still get 1 first thru 3rd...is it the judging or is it politics?

FUCK IT I SAID IT...MY BOY SIC RIC IS KILLIN' SHIT AND ALL HE EVER GETS IS BULLSHIT PLACING......why i'm i even in this thread it really doesn't mean shit to me lol!!! i just want to start drama...hahahhaha lol

I know I'm not anyone special so what I say doesnt hold a grain of salt but like bullo said, most riders say, "if you've seen one guy wheelie, then you've seen it all". Although I don't agree with it, I do think there's got to be a little something else to draw spectators so a little drama might be a good thing maybe?
I haven't been able to make it to a show lately so I can't say anything as far as the judging goes.

Kyle, YOU are the drama. Before you came around I hardly remember any drama in or around XDL at all other than the minor judging gripe (and the Tony L incident, which was 100% deserved).

And now you finally qualified and you're bitching about it? Your runs this event were the best runs I've ever seen from you. You'd never take that into consideration though. You'd rather just chalk it up to drama and politics.

Oh, and I just checked GoDaddy for you. TheReturnOfJBoogie.com is available whenever you're ready to purchase.

I've had a lot of experience in different pieces of sport bike freestyle, over the past 7yrs I've been playin this game.. I see Kyle and Randy's perspective and agree with some things there... I see what Thomas and Randy are doing business wise to keep this going tough these tough times in the economy over the past 3yrs that has effected our sport drastically.. Coming off the '07 season the sport was really on the rise, but has been going down slowly in different areas of the sport and the motorcycle industry in general. Was there some poor business decisions in venues and logistics during this time, maybe.. I haven't been out to the last handful of comps to see in person how it's going down to give a good opinion but with attendance down from the past years, there is definitely something that has to change..

At the end of the day, for the riders, and the higher ups trying to keep things going, imo it's all about the money.. Whether it's through sponsor support, investment, or grinding out individually.. We need it to make it bigger and better on all levels, and or something like X-Games throwing us a rope, but maybe that won't even be enough to get bigger corporate investment in riders and the competition side to make it a real sport. Time will tell.

Like bullo said.. Sick Rick has been getting bullshit placing. While other guys pull put the same runs or foot taping or whatever bobbling and scoring whatever.

I've heard from more than one person of scores being changed.

I think I've heard ever competitor complain about the way XDL is conducted.
But since it's the only series at the moment.. Where else would they go?

Some just walk away..

Bullo also said YOU have ALWAYS been drama. One who preaches about something the most is usually one who does it more than anyone else.
