I do all of my designs digitally. From sketch to ink to coloring all done in a program called Manga studio. I used to use Photoshop but I find Manga Studio gives me more control and ability to do details.
Anyways here is a new skateboard design I finished tonight for a client.

I've never even heard of Manga Studio. I render my sketches in Adobe Illustrator, and can use CorelDraw (not a huge fan of cdr, but it doesn't hurt to be able to use both)
What kind of tablet do you use, wacom?
I'm going to have to check out manga studio!
