\r\n \r\n I\'ve got my leanings on this subject as well...... stayed up last night to watch the votes go down to the wire. I think in the end it was like 7 votes b/w the two sides, so it\'s obviously a split not only in public opinion, but in government as well. I\'m worried about where this is headed, but the fact is I don\'t know enough about it to say for sure. I guess the only thing left to do is watch MSNBC for an hour, then Fox news for an hour.... that\'ll answer ALL MY QUESTIONS, right? hahahaha\r\n

Ummmm the free market made this country great! A world leader and the envy of the world, we have it soooooo good here!! When times are a little tough people start pointing fingers trying to figure out what is wrong, this is a cycle that happens it needs to so things will change and get better. No matter how bad we think we have it I would not want to live anywhere else we are still the world leader and have it better than everyone on this planet. There are hundreds of questions Id like to have answered as well. Unfortunately, they cant be answered yet. This is a small step in comparison to what needs done. We wont see the full effect of this for years! Many of us may live in a state that ammends this to protect its residents from being fined for not purchasing insurance. There are so many unknowns. Yet something has to be done. We cannot continue like this, and expect to have any sort of prospering health system in the long run.\r\n

The free market isn\'t what it used to be, this country is ran by a handfull of corporations. Being ran by only a few corporations isn\'t exactly a good free market, it\'s a horrible one in fact. I support the healthcare reform as well, but the free market is what is destroying things. I think there needs to be reform and regulation through out.
