my brother has a learning disability, turned 18 took him 5 times to get his license, had to have his mom land him a job at the place she works the only stipulation is he cant handle the money because shit always ends up off, but yet still at the end of every week the only person putting gas in his car and paying his one and only bill (cell phone) is himself...

good for your brother. but a learning disability is a whole different story from paranoid schizophrenia, ptsd, severe agoraphobia etc... you shouldnt judge someone when you dont know their story.

It\'s different on a person to person basis. And while I agree that most legit homeless people have mental problems, there are some that are abusing the "lifestyle" and doing it as a cheap way to make money panhandling. There have been news articles and studies that say they make quite a bit, and there are those select few that do it just for the easy money...
