\r\n \r\n front end rake is wack. single disc brake. we even put a six piston caliper on it and i still have to 4 finger the brake to try to get a stoppie up and usually just locks the front end up. it just sucks. all i\'m doing on it now is wheelies and acros so it\'s really not gonna hurt to try at this point. stem bolt is welded to the neck, can\'t fit any other forks in the clamps or have it milled out enough to fit...thought of several things, but nothing works out so it\'s come down to just screw it and cut the frame. lol\r\n

\r\n \r\n Why not just put a 636 front end on it with bigger brakes and dual rotors instead of getting out of control with cutting and welding the frame\r\n

I haven\'t personally done the swap, but I\'ve seen several people online do it so I imagine it isn\'t that bad\r\n
