So if you go to the white house website and go under "we the people" you can view many petitions that are popping up. Everything from seceding from the union to legalizing marijuana to re counting the votes, Pretty interesting shit going on. There are currently 20+ states that want to disassociate themselves from the federal gov. Well concerned citizens of those states anyhow... Quite honestly I have mixed emotions. Yes our country is royally fucked but how to fix that? I wouldnt mind telling the feds to piss off n that they cant control the state I live in anymore with their obamacare n all that other bs, but this will surely also cause repercussions. This will either all be swept under the rug and ignored or cause quite an uproar that will divide us even more. I personally am tired of working my ass off so that some loser can make a career off welfare, illegals quicker to get help than our own citizens, people wanting to strip us of our guns, paying for the healthcare of people who contribute nothing to society, my freedom of speech becoming less and less, etc etc. I could go on and on all day but I'll cut this short. Ideas?

America is fucked. Lets just deal with it and move on. I never thought I could ever say that I hate my own country. But I have come to a point were I do hate it. America is corrupt. Its no longer for its people. the Americans government had slipped so far into a hole it will never get out. mark my words maby not in my time but there will be an uprising of fed up American people. What�s so sad is Americas children today really have no chance at a promising future and if they do it will be a very very hard stressful road.

I cant say I hate my country. I love this land and the concept that it is supposed to be. We have a great country with horrible leaders and a bunch of pussy followers. This country is supposed to be the home of the free and brave, we have neither anymore. The people follow mindlessly and jus take it up the ass cuz our nation has turned its people from brave men and women who stand for something and fight for their beliefs and whats right to a bunch of pussies who dont even have a voice and wont even stand up against leaders who abuse us. I too have gotten into with friends and even lost some do to these debates. Even trying to see things from the other sides point of view I cant even possibly rationalize their thoughts. The working people busting their asses to barely get by while millions sit on their asses living off our taxes, take guns from us so that we cant protect ourselves, fund other countries who hate us, send jobs over seas, let illegals get benefits, etc. We are so far in debt that no matter what we do our economy will fail and we cannot reverse the effects. These asshole politicians give themselves raises while laying off many other gov employees and cutting budgets. Why is it that a politician can serve one term and live the rest of their life with retirement and benefits yet another gov employee, lets say a soldier or fireman for example has to put in 20+ years with shit pay and now has to worry if theres even gonna be retirement afterwards? What I cant believe is how we as a whole could just sit back and let this stuff happen. The gov is supposed to be for the people by the people. We are supposed to keep them in check. Read the constitution, its plain as day. Unfortunately they can sit there and "interpret" it how they want and jus slowly take that from us as well. Fuck them, tired of this shit!

I hear ya man. We got it good compared to what out kids will have it if it keeps heading down this road. They won't have a chance or any opportunities. Wish it wasn't so but it is. They may never even get to enjoy the things we do.

secession prolly isn't gonna happen, but it's a good way to express dissatisfaction w the fed gov. best thing i've heard/seen so far is TX passing a law (or something of the sort) making ndaa illegal and having punishments for anyone (fed included) who tries to arrest anyone under the ndaa....states fighting back against gross ignorance of the constitution.

I don't believe it will happen either but atleast there are people trying to stand up now. Texas is doing a good thing, they seem to be on the right track. The also have a pretty good economy which I believe they have leverage they could use against the Feds more effectively.
