new to 50 stunt - Tattooty - 10-02-2012 so i;m buying my first 50 today. picked up a 2006 50 stunt. i've never owned one and i don't know much about the maintenance. i'm sure it's not that difficult but i have a couple of newbie questions. do they use regular gas? or do i have to do a mix? what kind of oil do i use? how often do you have to do maintenance such as oil changes and whatever else? like i said total newb to owning a 50. thanks for the help guys
new to 50 stunt - ajbsays - 10-02-2012 lol no mixing of fuel. new to 50 stunt - cynicalrider - 10-02-2012 I run premium. Any Jaso MA approved oil is probably good. Is this your first bike all together? new to 50 stunt - Tattooty - 10-03-2012 nah just my first 50. i own 3 other motorcycles. spent all day riding it today in the neighborhood. so much fun. i had the neighbors out cheering and clapping. lol new to 50 stunt - BirDMaN420 - 10-04-2012 4 stroke = straight fuel. No mix I use 10w40 bike motor oil (actevo x-tra i think) in all my single cylinder 4 strokes. Any bike motor oil similar to that would work. Just please don't use car motor oil! new to 50 stunt - broham - 10-04-2012 no synthetic oil, it messes up the automatic clutch thingy new to 50 stunt - ajbsays - 10-04-2012 i run full synthetic in all my bikes.. motul to be exact even in my 50.. my "clutch thingy" is fine. new to 50 stunt - Tattooty - 10-04-2012 thanks guys. i figured car oil wouldn't work. lol appreciate the help new to 50 stunt - broham - 10-04-2012 Quote:
