Fuckin cops. - my750 - 09-07-2012
Last sunday I went to the mall to get some shot gun ammo with a couple of friends. It was me, my buddy riding his cousins bike and my brother and the owner of the bike my buddy was on in my brothers trans am behind us. My friend and I are goosing it through traffic a bit, i love shooting gaps. We are traveling down a two lane country high way and we come up to a light that has just turned green and we pass a dodge caliber who HAPPENS to be an off duty cop. We were doing the speed limit when we passed her and we shot a gap betweeen two cars so we could get to the other lane due to the fact we were turning. This off duty cop sees us and fuckin CHASES us in her civilian car WITH her daughter in the car swerving in and out of traffic trying to catch up to us. We might have done 65 in a 45 but she did atleast 70-75 swerving through traffic to catch up to us. I notice this car coming up hot as fuck on us so we speed up and go a different direction. of course the direction we go there is a REALLLLLY bad motorcycle accident. Some kid that graduated in my class hit a telephone pole doing 130. So the off duty cop catches up to us and says i have your licence plate number expect your ticket in the mail. As soon as she flashed her badge we ran right through the AWEFUL accident scene and went home
Next day this cop comes to my house and tells me to give her one good reason not to give me a ticket. i told her she couldnt prove i was riding th bike. BLAH BLAH BLAH
She lets me off with a warning saying if she ever sees me do it again me and my buddy are going down.
QUESTIONS:
Can they just give you a ticket even though they cant prove i was driving the bike? if they were to ticket my friends cousin they would be wrong because he wasnt even driving.
Can a cop chase you in their personal car with NO lights what so ever? How am i supposed to know if thats a cop or someone who is terrorizing me?

if its registered to you... ur at fault. had a kid at my work "sell" his cousin a car... his cousin never registered/titled it in his name. kid at my work gets a letter in the mail for a court date. long story short he got points on his liscense and had to sign the car over or pay the impound fees. car wasnt worth what the impound fees had accumulated to so he got fucked. his cousin is MIA with a warrant out and kids clean driving record now has a point because he didnt see the sell through
dont matter who is driving ur shit. if they are family and they got a key means they basically got your permission. call it stolen if u are really trying to pull one over. or just suck it up this time and dont make the mistake again

I sold a car about 5 years ago to my neighbor and he sold it to a kid neither of those guys registered the car I got a letter from a towing company and the police saying I was gonna have to pay towing and and impound,I called and basicly told them to fuck off I made a fake bill of sale with my name and the the firs buyers name just incase and I haven't heard anything back been bout a year now

You would NOT be responsible for the ticket. If she can't identify you, the ticket is trash.
2 stories to prove my point......
First, got a fix-it ticket on my zuma. It was at night, had a long sleeve shirt on, and kept my helmet on while given the ticket. Went to court and the cop asked for the ticket to be thrown out due to the fact he couldn't identify me cuz I had my helmet on.
Second, I got a ticket in the mail for speeding. Car wasn't mine either. Signature was chicken scratch. They compared my signature to the one on the ticket and threw it out.

Off duty cops can't do shit......they can call an on duty cop but that shit won't fly in court......tell that bitch to suck on your nuts as you wouldn't bust one in her because she's obviously an awful mother!!
edit: oh and "shooting gaps" is retarded man....if you don't want to attract attention don't drive like a retard....it's not hard to "shoot the gap" on a street bike.....

Wow......no an off duty cop CANNOT do what this bitch did...and she can also not ticket you for that as she has no proof that you were the one riding and even if she could they still couldn't ticket you after the fact...I woulda told that bitch to gargle my nuts and that if she ever stepped on my property without a badge and a warrant I'd cock slap her so hard her dumbass daughter would feel it....this kinda shit fires me up cops are power hungry fuck nuts who were bullied and or picked on in school now they drive around in there patrol car thinking there hot shit cause they can write out a peice of paper stating you got a ticket an they have a gun...take there gun and badge away and what have we got a nobody trying to prove he's somebody, and rather then doing good in which they took an oath under god and the united states saying they will protect and serve justice the only things donut wrangling pigs protect and serve is there fat fuckin egos....FUCK YOU TO ALL PIGS AND WANNA BE PIGS YOU ARE ALL SWINE FUCKIN PETTY BITCHES!!!!

Got a ticket this morning for operating a motorcycle without a headlight. pissed off. Just pulled into work too. Shoulda just taken off.
Back on topic. What she did was illegal and probably broke the rules of the police department. Off duty cops arent allowed to just chase after people whenever they want.
