Now that this forum is over 10K users,
I think we should be able to utilize the rep more. This having to spread rep around or wait 24hrs is annoying and kind of redundant.
On other forums I am on you just can't rep the same post more then once. It would be different if this forum had a shitload of users, but it's pretty much the same 40-50 people posting on a daily basis.
The "free rep" threads should be closed, kind of defeats the purpose all together...
Also, it should be a rule that if you neg rep a mod you get an auto week ban. This will keep mods, including myself, held to higher standards for what they post. You will still be able to report a mod's posts and they will be held responsible and if it becomes a common thing they will be banned.
tl;dr- I think we should be able to use the rep for more posts. Any thoughts?

I also think the rep thread is retarded, my rep all came from normal posts, although I did post in that thread like 2 times I think years back

the only thing that remains the same on all forums if you actually moderate you have a following of haters not far behind.

It is impossible to stop the rep whoring but there shouldn't be threads setup specifically for that. Encourages number games. Completely my opinion...
It's not unamerican, the mods should not be posting anything negative to begin with. They should be held accountable, just like people giving out neg rep for no reason.

what Rep is left on another person (Meaning you can't click on there
profile and see what people have left). This is Where the Feedback
section comes into play on here. Search someones name in Advance
search and Vualla You have the Info you need. Now IMHO There are
to many people that just come on here and piss N moan, Just because
they can (And that's not Reason Enough for a Mod to Ban that Person)
I use to get Emails Daily on people reporting peoples post, Just because
someone is Butt Hurt they got called out and they wanted the other person
Banned Just for speaking there
. (Yep I get them and I look into them all) But You're saying if someone didn't like what a Mod said to them then
the mod should be Reviewed and or Banned for a week??? then there
would be No Mods on here
Now I'm Not one to Get into Any agruement on here and Yes I do see
them and stay out of it, No matter what I think. I am a Mod and Know Alot
of people on here and People would just think I am taking sides and abusing
my Mod Powers. Since I have been a Mod I have only banned 2 people
and they were put into the "WHEELIE" Scammer Law... (48hrs and No
response they are Banned,Unless I am told from the Buyers Not to)

It would not auto ban anyone. You don't have to report anything if you don't want to. When enforced by respectful people, these kind of regulations keep order in the long run and doesn't even apply to people already here. It's for the people who are coming on board as this shit gets bigger.
If you're moderating objectively and equally you will not have any problems with haters.
