BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!
I come across a post for some parts for sale from JBONEZ a while ago. Seller said she had gold 4 piston calipers off a gsxr, a PERFECT front fender and two STRAIGHT front rotors. So I placed the order. I got the parts and not one thing was as described. I am all for helping someone in a bind, but I felt completely gipped. She sent me two calipers no lines bolts etc....That's was all good because we didn't talk about that stuff � but they had no pistons?!? they were for an f4i and they were black ...not what was originally explained or paid for; I paid for two gold gsxr calipers. What is strange is that somehow all ads got deleted so no one could see our conversation about her �perfect parts�. Makes you wonder�
Then the fender. I was told it was in perfect condition, when I got it it was totally wrecked on the opposite side from the photo shown on her ad. She guaranteed me it was in good condition. Makes you wonder�
Now the rotors..... It took me a little bit to get them on my bike but I finally did I noticed they were bent; unusable, not to mention unsafe. I was confused because I knew the bike was in a front end wreck but she confirmed that they were straight. Makes you wonder�
So I'm just a little upset ad confused because I paid for all everything and once I received it all I realized none of what was sent would work for what I needed them for. I called her and we came to the agreement that I would send her parts back and she would give me a refund. So, I boxed all the items up and shipped em back to her.

I admit I made an honest mistake....I sent her ONE of my rotors not noticing the difference. Her "man" called me and said they were marked and the one I had in one of my pictures was really their rotor. I said "OK cool Ill ship them both back my mistake". I shipped them both so in turn she got her rotors back AND mine (I didn�t really need mine they were bent) so I didn�t fight to get them back.

I am the buyer and I forked out the money. I am also a grown man, which after ALL this, did not post a damn thing on here about this transaction being so shady. What�s the point? As long as a received $ back, I wasn�t going to start a �fight�; because after all their friend in the hospital does need help. I posted the dispute through paypal, knowing I could guarantee money back, just in case, and because I have kids to feed and can�t afford tossing money around so freely without protection.
Lastly I kept EVERY text from her and submitted that with the pictures of the parts and ALL the tracking info and PAYPAL decided to refund my money, NOT JBONEZ, thus why I posted the dispute in the first place. Had I not, I would�ve never received my money.

interesting. i have never seen or heard anything that would indicate she or baker were shady type ppl. they both seem pretty straight to me and i been knowin them on the stunt forums for a long minute. either way im glad you got your cabage back.

Negative on the beware. Think I know what happend now. This transaction has been going down since late Sept. Guy bought parts got pics of said rotors. Pics showed gsxr calipers. Jess text him that all parts purchased were OEM honda f4i parts. He must have not understood. Jess sent parts out. Out of the parts bag Jess pulled two calipers two rotors and a front fender. Sorry bit she is female and there were 3 calipers in that bag one was missing pistons she sent the one without pistons not knowing that not all parts were there. We said since he was not happy with the parts we would refund his money on return of the parts. We recived all the parts back except our rotors. Then I called said just send our rotors and we will still refund your money. About 3 weeks later I got a text saying he was sending the rotors back. While all this is going on we are still seeing our friend in the hospitol and moving. I didn't belive he was going to actually send them back after this long of a time period. (Should have gave new adress my fault) now he is correct that he apperantly sent them back to my old adress. They were sighned for on Nov 23. And this second tracking # is new to me as of today. I or Jess still do not have the rotors but as of now it is not jflorydas fault. There has already been a call to fedex tonight to find out who sighned for them. Sorry for the inconvenience to jfloryda and and shit talking on my behalf. And if we need help to get the rotors back I hope that Jfloryda can help.

Your right I will chime in. We were never given a second tracking number and today when I was told ago about it I called FedEx and discovered that someone at our old house that we moved out of a month ago signed my name while I was at work. So now FedEx has started an investigation. So as far as blacklisting me loogie you can kiss my Ass.

I think BAKER is still butthurt coz he thinks I was trying to get his ole lady to send nudes and I think JBONEZ is feeling guilty coz she did send some
