So I went to court finally for getting a reckless driving ticket that I got on the lot.. 6 pts on my license would have fucked me so I got a lawer. After postponeing it a few times I finally went to court presented a great case the judges verdict guilty he read that the police can cite you anywhere the public can access. He dropped the reckless gave me neglegent driving 1 point $600 fine and then he told me to quit ridding motorcycles and gave me 32 hours supervised community service with the sheriffs office. I could appeal it and go to jury trail but it wasn't recomended so I got fucked... Ftp

Yeah they can write you for that but, some asshole hit me in a parking lot and the cop told me he cant do anything cause its private property. Cops are such a joke they pick and choose their battles.
