Xr 100 - Incognegro - 09-12-2011 I got a 2003 xr100 to mess around on. Anybody on here make a round bar? Wanted to check here first before I go make one and bend my frame
Xr 100 - Klong7honda - 09-12-2011 Check 50stunt.com Good stuff Xr 100 - Incognegro - 09-12-2011 I have all Ryan's parts! He does not make one for the 100. Thanks though bro!
Xr 100 - StuntBikeJake - 09-12-2011 Rod, the big bike is no longer a challenge so you moved on? lol Xr 100 - Incognegro - 09-12-2011 I get tired of the big bike sometimes. It's good to mash around from time to time!
Xr 100 - NBstunter - 09-13-2011 i made a 12 bar for mine.. i cut the last 6 inchs off the subframe and put 1/2 inch steel rod all the way down the subframe tubes and then welded another piece of 1/2 inch steel rod on top of it. worked really good. before that i had one cable clamped onto the subframe it was alright to put ur foot in but scraping it was bad new!! it bent and finally broke the last 6 inchs of the subby off. ![]()
Xr 100 - Towlieee - 09-14-2011 Just make it so it follows the subframe up, preferably WAY up the subframe to the main frame. I'd follow both lines of the subframe personally if you want it to hold up. Maybe go down the top part of the subframe, yet also have a bar that goes down the lower part of the subframe, for more support. If you don't want to weld it to the actual frame, you can use "U bolts" to secure it. Just like people do on crf50's. something ilke this picture, you can purchase them at westlake/homedepot http://www.google.com/imgres?q=u+bol...t:429,r:21,s:0 Xr 100 - Incognegro - 09-14-2011 Thanks, Fellas!
Xr 100 - sikgixxer750 - 09-14-2011 I was just thinking at work about picking one up after a customer brought one in. I would change the front wheel to a 16" and run the pirelli diablo scooter tires on it. Figured you could have a sorta super motard for like 600 bucks when all was said and done. Wouldn't be a bad bike to bring to the lot to mess around on or for whoevers bike was down. Xr 100 - RUTHLESS RAH - 09-14-2011 reese has one that he's trying to sell |
