\r\n \r\n Try a wiggle test on the plug that goes to the alternator..my 93 ranger everynow and then does the same thing and it just my plug.double check wires... check batterys terminals...if not possible a bad battery gauge.... does the car act different when the voltage drops? battery is how old?? also when you had it tested it probably wasnt in the vehicle so their could possible be a cracked plate in the battery that when u hit the right bump take the right turn etc... it could case the plate to shift and cause you low voltage.. more information would help thanks GL\r\n

\r\n \r\n Is the voltage really dropping at the battery or the alternator? Or just dropping at the gauge in the cluster? Could just be a bad gauge or loose body ground causing the instrument cluster to act up???\r\n

\r\n \r\n Alot of 2000+ g\'s have gauge cluster problems. Mostly in the full size but I have seen midsize with the same problem. Usually gas speedo and other gauges screw up as well.\r\n
