i had ordered the dual cal setup for my f4i on a thursday.. was a little confused cause i had been waiting for a week for it(wasnt in a rush cause i didnt have a hb yet)..
i had called called him wednesday and he asked me bout the order and seemed very busy and said he'd call me back ..
Thursday i recieved a call from bill said he was sorry that my order hadn't been shipped out yet he was swapping over some shipping services and was very busy at this point i was still not to worried but it was late in the day so too late to ship so he asked if it was alright to next day ship it friday morning which was very nice of him and greatly appreciated from me! He also threw in a t-shirt for the wait! and i recieved my dual cal setup saturday w/ the T-Shirt!! Parts are grade A quality! no defects or anything no mix ups!
Thanks again Bill! i will def be doing business with you again brotha!

I just have always thought this funny.. ok your product is late, the customer is all pissed off "i hate your company"...no no its cool i'm going to send you some swag with your late order so that you can further advertise for my company(shirts, stickers)..kind of like a ironic turn of the situation..

Bill is a badass i ordered a dual quad setup like 7 months ago and just now put it on 7 months later and the brake line was bad from the start, called him and he replaced it for free after sending it back no questions asked, i'm very happy doing business with him any time, great seller!!!
