What i've learned about MSRs is they get stronger with being outside over time.. brand new they are super brittle. After like 2 months being outside they are good.

I really think it's funny how so many people brag how they are so mechanically incompetent that they just break Msr clutch levers. I run them on all my bikes and never had a issue.
